Franklin Springs, Georgia --- After an exciting and intense game, the Emmanuel College Lions were able to pick up another win over the Truett-McConnell Bears with a final score of 79-62. The Lions hosted the Bears on Tuesday, January 10^th.

From the start, it was obvious this game was a contest of wills, as each team seemed determined not to give up anything easy. The Lions, however, found a way to make a few more plays than the Bears and were able to lead after the first period with the score of 38-36.

Asmatiek Fields was the top scorer for the Lions with 26 points. Following Fields was Graham Maxwell with 18 points.

The Lions will travel to Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee on January 12^th.
