Franklin Springs, GA – The hard work, determination and girls' loyalty towards each other were the key reasons to their 61-54 win over Brewton-Parker. The Lions are now 10-10 (5-4 in SSAC play) on the season.

The game was back and forth both halves, but the Lady Lions came out on top. The girls worked well together and showed their chemistry while playing. Caniesha Bell boxed out her opponent and gathered 11 rebounds while Ashontti Lewis was close behind with 10.

Kaylyn Young scored the game high points of 14. Four Lady Lions scored in the double digits. Ashontti Lewis (scored 12), Caniesha Bell (scored 11) and Aubany Thomas (scored 11) helped guide the Lions to their win.
