SUN COAST SWIM CONFERENCE CHAMPS - PRELIMS DAY 2

Columbus, GA: The third session of the 2018 Sun Coast Swimming Conference Championships is complete. The top 16 in each morning event qualify for the finals at night.

 

On the Women's side:

In the 400 IM, Calka finished 2nd (4:41.18), Duarte 5th (4:57.85), and Curtright 9th (6:58.98)

In the 100 fly, Monges finished 1st (58.90), Bouckaert 4th (59.65), and Harkness 10th (1:04.52)

In the 200 free, Ostojska finished 1st (1:58.61), Monges 2nd (2:01.85), and Arnold 5th (2:04.31)

In the 100 breast, Simioni finished 1st (1:07.81), Ribeiro 3rd (1:08.18), and Pieterse 7th (1:13.20)

In the 100 back, Ostojska finished 1st (59.56), and Burtt 12th (1:22.94)

 

On the Men's side:

In the 400 IM, Danjou finished 1st (4:06.61), McGhee 2nd (4:08.30), and Armes 7th (4:33.52)

In the 100 fly, Aleksandrowicz finished 4th (50.39), Aguilar 5th (51:41), and Mendes 6th (52.02)

In the 200 free, Sobers finished 1st (1:42.49), Raczynski 2nd (1:44.67), and Williamson 7th (1:45.66)

In the 100 breast, Courteaux finished 4th (57.61), Riano 5th (59.29), and Reichenbach 8th (1:00.28)

In the 100 back, Rosa finished 1st (51.00), Jones 5th (55.34), and Brown 6th (55.57)

 

Events being contested in finals tonight include the 200 freestyle relay, 400 IM, 100 fly, 200 freestyle, 100 breast, 100 back, and the 400 medley relay. GO LIONS!
