GREENVILLE, S.C. - The Lions beat the Bruins of Bob Jones on Saturday (76-40) for their second win in a row.
The game saw zero lead changes and zero ties. The Lions came out ablaze and never looked back or gave the Bruins a chance to get in the game. The team shot 49.1% from the field and 55.2% from the free throw line.
Four Lions had double-digit points. Michael Stanley put up 13 points for the Lions, Luke Miller had 11 points, and Patrick McCrary and Kurtis Robinson each had 10 points. Kurt Robinson was two rebounds short of a double-double, recording eight. Zach Vess also added eight points to the Lions' offensive movement.
The Lions travel to take on Columbia International University before taking a break for the holidays and coming back for a string of Conference Carolinas match-ups, starting with a home game against Pfeiffer on January 2nd. Tip off for Wednesday, December 17, is set for 5:30 at Columbia International University.
