New Head Assistant Men's Basketball Coach

Franklin Springs, GA - Micah Hayes is entering in his first year of being an assistant coach at Emmanuel College. Coach Hayes played at Emmanuel for 4 years from 2005-2009. His senior year he was a part of the 2009 NCCAA National Championship team and was the tournament's Most Valuable Player.  In Hayes' junior season he was a recipient of the NAIA champions of character award and scholarship. Ending his senior year, he won the Bill White student athlete of the year award for Emmanuel College. Coach Hayes will have his hands in all aspects of this years' basketball program, yet his primary roles and contributions will come in the Recruiting department. Although this is Hayes' first year of coaching at the collegiate level he fully expects to challenge our players mentally and physically while building them as men.
