Emmanuel Finishes Forty-Ninth at Hoosier Classic

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.---The Emmanuel College Bowling Team finished forty-ninth out of seventy-eight teams in Indianapolis, Ind. at the 45th Annual Backhaul Hoosier Classic this past weekend.

The Lions completed their regular season at the prestigious Hoosier Classic. They had a respectable 49th place finish out of 78 teams. The field included forty of the top fifty teams in the country and is considered the toughest regular season tournament.

Emmanuel was able to come through and finish well at the Hoosier Classic. Competing against the best teams in country, the Lions were able to hold their own while producing some notable individual performances. These included Cody Suskay, Dallas Sims, and Drew Crain.

The Hoosier classic was the last regular season tournament. The Lions now await a national tournament bid and location with the Sectionals taking place in mid-March.

This has been a tremendously successful first year for Emmanuel bowling.
