Men's Golf Tied For Second After Day One

Coastal Georgia - The men's golf team traveled to the Coastal Georgia Invitation today for round 1 of the invite. The Lions came out with their "A" game, competing extremely well. After day one of the invite the Lions are tied for second with Coastal Georgia's A team having a score of 306, but the Lions are only two strokes away from first place. 

In the individual leadings, Junior Drew Bryant had an outstanding performance today hitting a 73. In the standings, Drew is in a solid forth place putting him in a great spot to potentially win this invitation. 

Closely following Drew, are Flo Lino shotting a 76 and Andrew Smith, only one stoke behind Lino with a 77. 

To close out the top five starts are, Emilio Fangul with a score of 80 and Jason Murphy with a score of 82.  

The Lions will compete in round 2 tomorrow in hopes of bringing home the 1st place trophy.
