TALLADEGA, Al. - The Emmanuel College clay target team traveled to Civilian Marksmanship Park to compete in the 2nd annual clay target shoot. With 200 participants and 4 colleges competing, Emmanuel took 1st place with an average score of 94.6/100.

Top scores came from Colton Evans 97/100, Austin Cosper 95/100, Reese Duffell 95/100, Mark Beardsley 93/100 and Evan Milford 93/100. Colton Evans took 1st place for the competition.

Emmanuel College was represented well on the field with 2 athletes being squadded with 2 young boys, 10 and 11 years old. These college guys offered help to those boys all throughout the course. Parents were very appreciative and thankful that these young men took time during the competition to help these boys enjoy and improve their game.

Next up, ECCT will travel to Jacksonville this weekend to compete in the Southeast Regional.
