Archery Competes in U.S. Field Nationals

ASHLAND, OHIO - Roger Hermosilla and Rachel Reshonsky participated in the U.S Field Nationals in the Ashland Co. Wildlife Conservation Club from August 29th-September 1st. The competition consisted of 24 targets per day distributed around the conservation area. On Saturday, the 24 distances were unknown between 10m-55m. On Sunday they were known distances between 10m-60m. The wooded courses were difficult with shoots up and down hills. 

At the end of the weekend Hermosilla took the Gold and Reshonsky took the Silver.

Over the last 10 months both shooters had impressive performances, taking National medals in 3 of the 4 possible divisions in collegiate archery (3D Archery, Target Outdoor, and Target Field). 

Next up, Emmanuel Archery will compete at 3D Regionals in Corbin, Kentucky.
